BalaCorp is a concreting business run out of Hallam. Commercial work is the backbone — warehouse slabs, hardstands and civil — and we take on residential jobs alongside it.
Who we are
BalaCorp Pty Ltd has been concreting for 15 years. We work for builders, developers, facility managers and homeowners across South East Melbourne and the wider Melbourne suburbs, from our base in Hallam.
Most of what we pour is commercial: warehouse slabs and industrial floors, truck hardstands and dock aprons, car parks, footpaths, kerb and channel, crossovers, footings and structural concrete. That work sets the standard for everything else we do.
Residential jobs get the same crew, the same reinforcement discipline and the same attention to falls and jointing. A driveway that stays flat and drains properly is not luck — it is set-out and preparation.
From first call to final cut

First call
You call, you speak to someone who pours concrete — not a call centre. We work out what the job actually involves.

Site visit and measure
We come out, check access, levels and subgrade, and measure the area properly.

Written quote
A clear price with the finish, thickness, reinforcement and joint detail spelled out so there are no surprises.
- 04
Prep and pour
Excavation, base, formwork and steel, then the pour and finish on the agreed day.
- 05
Cut, clean and hand over
Control joints cut at the right time, the site left clean, and we tell you when you can put load on it.
