Broom-finished concrete hardstand and loading dock aprons at a new warehouse

Commercial & industrial

Concrete for builders, developers & facility managers

From a single machine base to a full warehouse floor, we set out, form, fix, pour and finish with our own crew. Programmed to suit your build sequence and site access.

What we pour

Warehouse slabs & industrial floors

Large-format reinforced slabs poured, screeded and power-floated to a hard, flat, hard-wearing finish built for racking and forklift traffic.

  • Set-out, formwork and edge boards
  • Reinforcement mesh, bar and dowelled joints
  • Pumped pours and laser-screed placement
  • Ride-on power float and trowel finishing
  • Saw-cut control joints and joint sealing

Car parks & hardstands

Heavy-duty external pavements sized for trucks and plant, graded to drain properly and finished to hold up under constant load.

  • Subgrade prep and crushed rock base
  • Truck aprons, hardstands and loading docks
  • Grading and fall to pits and drains
  • Broom and burnished finishes
  • Bollard and pit surrounds

Civil works — footpaths, kerbs & crossovers

Council-spec civil concreting including footpaths, kerb and channel, pram crossings and vehicle crossovers.

  • Kerb and channel, layback and spoon drains
  • Footpaths and shared paths
  • Pram crossings and tactile indicators
  • Vehicle crossovers to council specification
  • Traffic management coordination

Footings & structural concrete

Structural pours from footings up — pad and strip footings, bored pier caps, pits, plinths and machine bases.

  • Pad, strip and bored pier footings
  • Footing reinforcement and starter bars
  • Pits, plinths and machine bases
  • Suspended slabs and structural toppings
  • Engineer-certified set-out and levels

How we run a commercial pour

  1. 01

    Site walk and scope

We look at access, levels, subgrade and staging, then confirm the scope against your plans or engineer's details.

  2. 02

    Priced and programmed

You get a clear breakdown of quantities, finish, joints and inclusions, with pour dates that fit your program.

  3. 03

    Set out, form and fix

Formwork, edge boards, mesh, bar and dowels installed and checked before any concrete is ordered.

  4. 04

    Pour, finish and cut

Pumped or direct placement, machine floated and trowelled, then saw-cut and sealed at the right time.

Footings to final slab

We are used to being one part of a bigger build. Pad and strip footings, pier caps, plinths and pits are set out, reinforced and poured to engineer's details so the next trade can start on time.
